This includes soil patches that have already had their Golden Skulltula token collected. In other words, **you need to be careful when playing the 3DS version.** A good way to avoid this problem is to keep a checklist of [[./magic-bean-soil|the 10 Magic Bean soil patches]], or don't collect the tokens until it's time to plant the bean. Then you'll have the sprout as visual proof that you've collected the token and won't need a checklist. :) This includes soil patches that have already had their Golden Skulltula token collected.  +To avoid having to farm bugs, you can drop a Bug away from a soil patch and use two bottles to capture two of the Bugs, effectively duplicating the original Bug. This works in the original, too.

+===== Certain tricks are different or more difficult =====
 +
+Here are a few tricks in OoT3D that are different and/or harder to do than the original.
 +
 +  * [[./tricks/dc-early-skulltula#scarecrow_on_1f|Dodongo's Cavern - Scarecrow Skulltula Early]]
 +
+===== Link will turn his head to face objects of interest, even without L-Targeting =====
 +
+Keeping in line with more recent Zeldas, OoT3D's Link will look at objects that he can interact with when he gets close enough to them. It doesn't affect gameplay, but it's a nice touch.
 +
+===== Extra Mode: Boss Battle =====
 +
+If you go back to Link's house and sleep in his bed, you'll have the opportunity to re-fight past bosses. Once you finish the game and beat all the bosses in this mode, you can play through Boss Rush Mode, which is a gauntlet of every boss in the game!
 +
+===== Extra Mode: Master Quest =====
 +
+This is the fabled Ura Zelda, originally released on the N64DD in Japan, and on The Wind Waker pre-order disc in NA. OoT3D is the first time it's found in a normal retail copy.
 +
+There are some differences from the original MQ, though: the entire game world is horizontally mirrored and you take twice as much damage as normal. Link is right-handed, right turns are now left turns, and so on.
