Keeping in line with more recent Zeldas, OoT3D's Link will look at objects that he can interact with when he gets close enough to them.  +===== Extra Mode: Boss Battle =====
 +
+If you go back to Link's house and sleep in his bed, you'll have the opportunity to re-fight past bosses. Once you finish the game and beat all the bosses in this mode, you can play through Boss Rush Mode, which is a gauntlet of every boss in the game!

+===== Extra Mode: Master Quest =====
 +
+This is the fabled Ura Zelda, originally released on the N64DD in Japan, and on The Wind Waker pre-order disc in NA. OoT3D is the first time it's found in a normal retail copy.
 +
+There are some differences from the original MQ, though: the entire game world is horizontally mirrored and you take twice as much damage as normal. Link is right-handed, right turns are now left turns, and so on.
