+To avoid having to farm bugs, you can drop a Bug away from a soil patch and use two bottles to capture two of the Bugs, effectively duplicating the original Bug. This works in the original, too.
-In the 3DS version of OoT, Armos Statues are taller than Link can backflip (or the geometry has better collision detection), so you have to Bomb Jump to get on top of it. Additionally, you cannot use the "push 2 ticks away from wall, then jump" trick to get up to the ledge. You need to come back with the Boomerang and aim it just right so it will catch the token and bring it back to you.

+Keeping in line with more recent Zeldas, OoT3D's Link will look at objects that he can interact with when he gets close enough to them. It doesn't affect gameplay, but it's a nice touch.
